Description

SoulBlazer is an action RPG where you play as the good Hero fighting against evil. (Sound familiar?) The story takes place in the Friel empire, where greedy King Magridd has struck a deal with the King of Evil, Deathtoll. In return for the soul of one living being, he will exchange a single gold piece, so King Magridd agrees to have every living creature, plant, animal, or human, imprisoned in Monster Lairs just to increase his fortune. However, since then, King Magridd has also disappeared -- perhaps taken by Deathtoll and his henchmen. You, the Hero, have been sent by the Master (the leader of the good side) to battle Deathtoll. To find him, you must go through the Monster Lairs and defeat all the monsters, thus restoring the souls of the living beings. Once these souls have been returned, you will face the final battle against Deathtoll.
