Mace - The Dark Age

Description

Mace: The Dark age is a 3D fighting game set in a dark fantasy setting. Players can choose between 18 characters from all over the world equipped with swords, daggers, maces, katanas and other weapons. Basic moves include: a quick and a strong attack with weapons, kicks, sidesteps, and throws. Additional attacks can be performed by pressing the standard attack buttons in different positions or combined with directional buttons. Counter attacks are also possible, but require more complicated button combinations and good timing. Standard moves can be linked to combos and each character has a number of individual special moves that require specific button combinations to be used. Battle arenas feature multiple levels and usually contain hazards like acid pools or swinging axes that deal damage when touched. Some arenas also contain interactive objects like plant pots or torches that can be thrown at opponents.The game is fairly bloody (the gore can be turned off in the options menu) and all characters have their own finishing moves

(called executions) - particularly brutal ways of killing an opponent.

Fight at Machu Pichu

At the character select screen, highlight Namira and press start, highlight Koyasha and press start, and then highlight Taria and press start.

Alternate Constumes

On the character selection screen, highlight a character and press L, R, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, or C-Right to select from five additional colors.

Big Head Mode

Tap the Start Button on each of the names listed in the right order: Ragnar, Al' Rashid, Takeshi

Fight as Grendel

Start a Two Player match, and have Player One win three matches in a row. Now, back at the Character Selection screen, highlight the Executioner and hold Start and Evade. Hold these buttons down until Grendel appears, than hit an attack button to select him.

Fight on Mini-Golf Course

To fight on a mini-golf course,press Start on Koyasha,Mordos Kull,Takeshi,in that order.Pick your character and play Mini-golf,Mace style!

Fluffy Bunny Slippers

At the character entry screen, move the cursor over the following fighters pressing START on each one: RAGNAR, DREGAN, KOYASHA. The pick your fighter and he will be wearing bunny slippers!

Head Switch

To switch your head with your opponent's heads,press Start
on Al-Rashid,Takeshi,Mordos Kull,Xaio Long and Namira,in that order.

Level Select

At the Character Select screen, and on the fighter whose stage you want, push Start four times, and then select who you would like to fight as.

New Arena

Tap the Start Button on each of the names listed in the right order: Mordus Kull, Taria, Ragnar.

New Character Colors

At the Character Select screen, and on the fighter you desire, press and hold any of the four C Buttons. Now press Evade, and then hit A and B to begin the match with a new character color.

Play as Gar Gunderson (War Mech) or Ichiro

At the first screen to appear when the Nintendo 64 is powered on, press Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Now Ichiro and Gar Gunderson will appear above the Executioner on the select a character screen.

Play as Ned

To play as Ned the Janitor,press start on Koyasha,Executioner,Lord Deimos,in that order,then select Xaio Long,and you will be Ned.He as all the same moves as Xaio,just look different.

Play as Pojo!

Perform Taria's execution in one or two player mode. Then, start another match, highlight Taria, and hold Start on the character selection screen. Now Pojo! will appear as a selectable character. Continue holding Start and press Quick to select Pojo! as your character.
