Welcome to PokÃ©mon Puzzle League! Being selected to participate in the Official Puzzle League Tournament is one of the greatest honors a PokÃ©mon Trainer can earn. In this brand new type of PokÃ©mon battle, you'll have to use your strongest PokÃ©mon to compete against the very best Trainers in Puzzle League Village. To succeed in PokÃ©mon Puzzle League, your fingers have to be fast and your brain has to work even faster. True PokÃ©mon Puzzle Masters will discover many ways to play the game, but the basic idea is to destroy puzzle pieces by matching up three or more blocks of the same color. The more puzzle pieces you eliminate at the same time, the more points you'll score. If you're battling another Trainer, you can send powerful attacks to their puzzle board by completing big Combos and Skill Chains. If you can't clear your stack of puzzle pieces before they reach the top of the screen, you're doomed. You'll discover many challenges as you travel through Puzzle League Village, from the exciting 3D Puzzle Mode to the brain-bruising exercises at PokÃ©mon Puzzle University. The best way to experience PokÃ©mon Puzzle League is to bring a friend along on your adventure. Heated two-player PokÃ©mon battles are so intense and action-packed that you just might forget to breathe! Are you ready for this new type of PokÃ©mon Battle?

Secrets

Resetting your “Puzzle University” play time:

At the “Puzzle Village” map screen, select the “Puzzle University” icon and select “Custom Puzzle”. Now, go and select your personal file and select any of the custom puzzles you’ve made. Select “Play” and beat it. Return back to the “Puzzle Village” map screen, and once again, select “Puzzle University”, select the original puzzle mode, go to the same personal file you selected for the custom puzzle and pick any class from 1 to 3 and choose any puzzle. When you check your puzzle play time it should be restarted by saying time: 00, 00 (or something like that).

Note: For this secret to work, you must have created a puzzle that is beatable.

Cheats

Increased Difficulty Modes

To open up V-Hard mode, go to One-Player Stadium and to the difficulty selection screen. There, hold the Z button, and press L, L, A, B.

To open up S-Hard mode, again go to the difficulty selection screen, but this time hold the Z button, and press R, L, A, B.

No Continues Trick

When you lose a match, and it asks if you want to continue, just press No. Then go back to 1P Stadium and continue your game. This way you start out where you left off, but it doesn't count as a continue on your Record.

Start From Level 50-99 in Marthon Mode

At the title screen, hold Z and press B, A, L, L. You should hear a sound if entered correctly.

Unlock All Puzzles in Puzzle University

At the title screen, hold Z and press A, B, R, A, A, B, R, A. You should hear a sound if entered correctly.

Unlock All Trainers

Start a 2 player game and at the ''Trainer Select'' screen hold Z + L + R on controller 1 and controller 2 at the same time.

Unlock Mewtwo Stage

To access the secret Mewtwo stage in Two-Player battle, go to the Select Trainer screen in 2-P Stadium. Now, hold the Z button, and press B, Up, L, B, A, Start, A, Up, R. You'll automatically be transported to Mewtwo's stage. Player one will always be Ash Ketchum and player two will be Mewtwo.
