Debug Passwords

These need to be entered on the title screen.

Here are instructions for use of the individual password's features:

Level/Stage Select Code: Press 'Up' to advance individual stages, and down to regress individual stages, and through levels. Press start to play the selected stage

Sound Test: Press B to advance sounds, A to play. Press 'Start' to return to the title screen

Enable Weapon Select: In man-mode, pause and press Up to select between Gun 1 once, and Gun 2 twice. In the Dino, pause and press Down to select a weapon. You may enter another password after entering this one.

Enemy Viewer Mode: Press Up and Down after entering the code, and you can view the different enemies. Press 'Start' to return to the title screen
